At NCOC we greatly value our reputation and scrupulously adhere to principles of integrity, honesty and transparency. We pay special attention to the observance of these principles by our colleagues, contractors, and everyone who has a business relationship with NCOC.

The hotline is an opportunity to confidentially inform us about potential cases of fraud, illegal or fraudulent actions both on the part of employees, contractors and other third parties in relationship with NCOC.

To post a violation report such as cases of actual or suspected non-compliance and direct breach of laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan or internal policies and procedures of the Company, you can:

All messages received by the hotline are accepted and processed by an independent company that maintains confidentiality and anonymity (in case you want to remain anonymous) when sharing with NCOC. Processed messages, including anonymous ones, are forwarded to the responsible professionals within NCOC, who will ensure their confidential consideration. You may choose to remain anonymous when reporting. However, doing so may limit a full investigation of the matter.

By contacting the Ethics and Compliance Hotline, you acknowledge the processing of your personal data by the employees of the independent operator of the NCOC Hotline, and the transfer of data to the responsible  professionals within NCOC, with whose professional duties your message is directly related.

Remember! In order for us to respond to your message in a timely and effective manner, please pay attention to the following criteria:

  • Be proactive  – report the incident as soon as you become aware of it;

  • Stay open-minded – only include facts, not your attitude or judgments about facts;

  • Do not forget about the completeness and accuracy of the information provided – provide as much information as you know (dates, names and positions of employees and related persons, company names, addresses, etc.);

  • Provide confirmation – corroborate the stated facts with supporting documents, links to such documents, or indicate persons who can confirm.
